I don’t recommend freezing them, as this could ruin the noodles’ texture. Could I Use Other Kinds Of Noodles Instead of Rice?

You’re more than welcome to, but keep in mind that each type of noodle is slightly different in texture. Rice noodles are nice for curry because they’re light and slippery, whereas ramen noodles are thicker and heartier.
